Digital signage – redefining display advertising

Digital signage is becoming increasingly popular within businesses, both for appealing to passing customers and presenting a clear, attractive company image within corporate premises.

Astra Signs was recently asked to supply and install digital screens for Paul Rooney Solicitors, to be publicly displayed at their new customer advice centre in Liverpool city centre – as well as their office in Manchester.

We used floor-to-ceiling display kits to install two 55-inch screens, which are used to show company branding, showcase work examples and communicate advertising messages to potential customers. A third is due to be installed soon.

“We wanted a step change from poster-based window merchandising,” said David Gibson, head of marketing at Paul Rooney Solicitors.

“We chose signage quality screens with the aim of appealing to passing customers. The technical quality of the screens provided by Astra Signs was excellent. Their installation team worked closely with us to ensure we maximised the benefits of the screens in our new customer advice centre in the heart of Liverpool.”

Here at Astra Signs, we like to test drive our products – so we recently installed some digital signage of our own: a set of four 46-inch screens to create one image, forming a video wall in our reception area to display our signage portfolio.
